The Buffalo Farm Ticket Portal

Buffalo Calf Bottle Feeding

We want to offer the chance to bottle feed one of our Buffalo Calves. Such a unique experience that sold out in Easter!

This event is running the whole of the summer holidays, starting on the 5th of July! But you have to be quick as we are only offering one morning and one afternoon session per day!

You will meet the team at 9am or 3:30pm sharp in the Events Area (left of car park as driving in) at Boglily Steadings. You will then make up your bottle and feed your calf. There will be several great photo opportunities, so don’t forget to tag us in anything you upload.

We can’t guarantee how long it will take your calf to finish their milk – some are quick, others like to take their time.

You will also get access to our inflatables (weather permitting), sand pits and straw stack within our Family Area. We have an exciting addition coming to our Family Area that Steve will reveal closer to the holidays, this will be an additional cost but something you don’t want to miss out on!

We have a strict maximum of 2 people per bottle; all to be age 6+.  It is £10 for a bottle.

Dress for the Weather! It is Summer in Scotland, so wrap up warm if it’s cold, waterproof coats, wear sensible shoes – wellies/old trainers are ideal, but the sun may shine - so bring your sunscreen just in case!

If you have any questions, give us a call 01592 646252. Look forward to seeing you THIS SUMMER!

• Please note that all tickets are non-refundable. However, if you create a customer account when placing your order, you’ll be able to log in and change your session date and time slot (subject to availability) up to 24 hours before the event. If you didn’t create an account at the time of booking, don’t worry — just give us a call on 01592 646252 and we’ll be happy to help move your booking if needed.

• There will strictly be a no ticket no session policy, for the welfare of our animals the slots have been limited.

• All Attendees MUST be 6+ years old and anyone under 18’s MUST be always accompanied by an adult and their care remains the responsibility of the accompanying adult.

• If you are more than 15 minutes late the calf will be fed as it is part of their daily routine.

• The risk of infection from farm visits is very small, but the diseases caused can be very serious. Therefore, your hands MUST be washed after contact with animals and always before eating, with soap and water (wipes, gels and sprays are not effective) hand washing stations are available on-site.

• Children should be supervised during hand washing, to make sure that each child washes thoroughly. Young children may require extra help with this.

• Do not allow children who are petting the animals to place their face or mouth against the animals or put their hands in the animal’s mouth.

• As a precaution, women who are, or who may be pregnant must avoid close contact with the animals.
