Family Area Access
Looking for a fun-filled day out without booking one of our animal experiences?
Our Summer Family Area Pass gives children unlimited access to our popular Family Area throughout the day, packed with toys designed to keep little ones entertained for hours.
Simply arrive any time between 9:30am and 4:30pm and enjoy everything the Family Area has to offer.
Included in your ticket:
• Bouncy Castles (weather permitting)
• x2 Sand Pits
• Straw Stack Play Area
• Pedal Tractors & Ride-On Toys
• Outdoor Games
• Plenty of space to run, play and explore
Our Family Area is a safe, enclosed outdoor space where children can enjoy screen-free fun while parents and guardians relax nearby. Benches are provided throughout the area, making it easy to sit back, enjoy a coffee from The MilkBar and watch the kids play.
Ticket Information
• £5 per child
• Children aged 2–16 require a ticket
• Under 2s are free
• Arrive at any time between 9:30am and 4:30pm
• Stay as long as you like during opening hours
Important
If you have already booked Horns, Hooves & Hugs or Buffalo Calf Bottle Feeding, you do NOT need to purchase this ticket.
Access to the Family Area is already included with those experiences.
This ticket is only for visitors who would like access to the Family Area without booking one of our animal events.
Weather
As we're in Scotland, the weather can be unpredictable! The Family Area remains open in most weather conditions, although bouncy castles are subject to weather and safety restrictions.
Don't forget to create an account when booking.
Creating an account allows you to manage and amend your booking online should your plans change. During the summer holidays, our office receives a high volume of enquiries, so we may not always be able to process booking changes before alternative sessions sell out.
To avoid disappointment and give yourself the greatest flexibility, we recommend creating an account and managing any changes directly through your booking portal.
